Within a paradigm of growth with 69 equipment-making partners, nearly 1400 clients and more than 3 million parts available, Doyen Auto wishes to structure its organisation and reproduce its operation models.

What encouraged you to choose our solution?

We were previously operating with written procedures and instructions, with print screens, upon request or when needed … most often as a matter of urgency! This situation has encouraged us to look for a tool that enables us to operate in a more structured manner.

We discovered the Qualigram methodology, which promotes a visual dimension rather than a written format as well as a more structured approach with simple and straightforward grammar. We also liked the interactivity of the tool and its access in a SaaS mode.

What are the problems that are specific to your activity?

Our headquarters being located in Belgium, we have to deal with multilingualism. Some graphs are therefore created in both French and Dutch.

With the significant number of clients, employees and partners that we have, a key element for us is knowledge sharing under a structured format, in a professional approach that is accessible, understandable and communicable to all.

Which departments use PYX4 now?

All our employees use various forms and procedures which have been made available by the Human Resources department.

Our Finance department has almost completely finalised its designated process. This department also has access to all the procedures, to be able to provide information about the mode of operation of the company during audits.

So as to meet increasing operational requirements from warehouses, the Logistics department has, for its part, created numerous work instructions.

Finally, other graphs are also regularly consulted by our employees, such as those created by the customer service or Marketing department, etc.
