Caliope is a training and consulting firm which assists industrial clients in all sectors of activity. It focuses on industrial management, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
In order to best advise his clients, Pascal CALIOT, the director, was looking for a process modelling tool which corresponds to his highly Cartesian mode of operation.
Caliope provides assistance, among other things, for the modelling of mode of operation of companies. I, therefore, thoroughly studied the different existing systems to support this approach, but most of them focus on technical IT features, without meeting in a holistic manner operational needs.
I read various books on process modelling, and it is the one discussing the tool’s methodology which better suited my highly Cartesian mode of operation. The service provided by PYX4’s teams has proved to be excellent. I followed a training course which went very well and which rapidly made me autonomous.
For now, I mainly use the modelling functionalities, without fully exploiting all the features of the tool, such as, for example, Validation Workflows… My problems are, however, almost all resolved. PYX4 solution perfectly meets my expectations.
